C — Solutions and Effects
We provide the following two solutions to meet the needs of our customers:
1. Stainless steel mixer:Equipped with a stainless steel mixer that is easy to clean, the equipment adopts polishing processing technology to make its surface smooth and not easy to stick. Special detachable blade design to avoid hid the mixing material in the equipment. Even if frequent mixing color or material changes are required, alcohol can be wiped without residue. This solution greatly reduces the product failure rate caused by color and material changes, incomplete equipment cleaning, and other issues, making the customer's production process smoother.
2. Strong plastic crusher PC-400: In response to customers' concerns about the large size rubber heads make jamming,we provide a strong plastic crusher PC-400. This equipment has a larger crushing diameter and rotating diameter, and the bearings used are two models larger than the original one, thereby avoiding the problem of easy jamming due to large amounts of crushed materials. At the same time, the equipment adopts a high-power pure copper motor, which can quickly crush the rubber head and other items, increase production and reduce machine jamming. The crusher is also equipped with a screen, and the size of the crushed particles can be controlled by the screen. The output size of the crusher, screen can be customized to ensure to meet that customers' needs.
By implementing our solution, customer satisfaction with the product has significantly improved, and the performance and quality of the equipment have also been recognized by customers. Due to the diverse colors and materials of the products, the customer subsequently added multiple powerful plastic crushers, horizontal color mixers, and hot air dryers to reduce material pollution and improve the utilization rate of crushed materials.

C — Existing Problems and Solutions
In our follow-up inspection, we found that the company had some problems while maintaining the crusher. The workers did not add enough lubricating oil to the bearing seats on both sides during the operation, which resulted in severe wear of the bearings. In actual production, this issue may cause the spindle to jam during rotation, ultimately leading to motor burnout. To solve this issue, we suggest that in future crusher maintenance work, it is necessary to ensure that an appropriate amount of lubricating oil is added to the bearings on both sides.
We also noticed severe blade wear and the presence of notches on the blade edge. After careful analysis, we have determined that this is due to the inclusion of iron scrap in the recycled material. In order to reduce the loss of iron fragments on the blade, we suggest that customers use strong magnetic strips during the crushing process to adsorb the iron fragments into the material inlet.
