3. Existing Problems and Solutions

During the project execution process, we found some problems. Firstly, the customer's plastic waste is quite diverse and the materials are also complex, which may include metal objects sandwiched in the plastic. During the crushing process, the baldes of the powerful plastic crusher were damaged due to failure to clean them in a timely manner. To solve this problem, we suggest that customers regularly check the sharpness of the blades. If any gaps are found in the blades, they should be replaced or polished in a timely manner. At the same time, high-strength magnetic strips are added at the feeding port to adsorb metal objects.

In addition, we also found a problem with poor contact of the button switch. After on-site follow-up inspection, we found that this was due to poor contact caused by excessive dust generated during the crushing process. In order to solve this problem, we promptly helped the customer replace the button switch with a strong airtightness, greatly reducing the damage of dust to the button switch.
